Glass is cut by a glass cutting line machine making a v-shape in the profile using a tungsten carbide or a polycrystalline diamond wheel. Pressed firmly against the glass a line is scribed forming a score or cut. The glass is weakened along the line and the glass is then broken along the line
Glass cutting machinery can be set to for repetitive use, scoring and cutting the glass with automatic loading systems and glass breaking tables.
